Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between KW905 and KW906?

Technically, the two models are identical: same ELM327 Bluetooth 5.2 standard, same 9 OBD2 protocols, and the same vehicle data readouts - both are tested by NoteDri in real cars and sold as a combo bundled with lifetime Premium. The only difference is the exterior design - pick whichever you prefer.

How do I get lifetime Premium when buying KW905/KW906?

After receiving your order, scan the QR code on the box with your phone - the page will ask whether you use iPhone or Android, then issue exactly 1 matching lifetime Premium activation code (Apple Offer Code or Google Play Promo Code). This applies to every KW905 and KW906 order. Each order only gets 1 code, for the platform you chose.

Is the lifetime Premium in the combo the same 129,000₫ plan?

Yes - it's exactly the NoteDri lifetime Premium plan (129,000₫ if bought separately on the Premium page). When you buy a NoteDri OBD2 device, this plan is already folded into the combo price, with no separate charge on Shopee.

Does the device work with electric vehicles?

Not yet. OBD2 is a diagnostic standard for internal combustion engines/emissions, so electric vehicles (including VinFast) don't have matching ECU data to read - this adapter only works with petrol/diesel vehicles.

What if there's no QR code in the box, or scanning fails?

Contact NoteDri via Messenger or the support email below with your Shopee order code, and our team will reissue your Premium code.

Do I need a NoteDri account to use the adapter?

You need to install the NoteDri app (Android/iOS) and have an account to connect via Bluetooth, read ECU data, and decode DTC fault codes. The lifetime Premium in the combo is tied to whichever account you use to activate the code.
